What is included with the ticket?
Every ticket includes full event access, 1 food combo, free cotton candy, VR + arcade access, live performances, activity zones, free parking, and a 2-for-1 roller skating coupon.
What ages is Kidzilla for?
KIDZILLA is designed for kids ages 3–12 and their families, with activities for all age groups including a dedicated toddler zone.
Is the event indoors?
Yes, KIDZILLA is a fully indoor event at SNP Event Centre, rain or shine. 1101 Baxter Rd, Ottawa, Ontario ( Beside Ikea)
Do parents need tickets?
Yes, all guests entering the event require a ticket. Families can save with the Family Pass option for 4 people.
Can food allergies or dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Guests with dietary restrictions should contact the event team ahead of time. Food options include burgers, hotdogs, nuggets, fries, and water. INCLUDED IN TICKETS ! WOW
What time should we arrive?
Doors open at 10:00 AM. We recommend arriving early to enjoy all zones, shorter lines, and opening activities.
